FSUM is a fast and handy command line utility for file checksum generation and verification. It offers a choice of 13 most popular hash and checksum algorithms for file checksum calculation. For a Windows GUI based free checksum value calculation software, check out HashCalc.

Main Features

• Possibility to calculate a file message digest and/or a checksum using any of the 12 well-known and documented hash and checksum algorithms: MD2, MD4, MD2, SHA-1, SHA-2( 256, 384, 512), RIPEMD-160, PANAMA, TIGER, ADLER32, CRC32;

Install FSUM

To install FSUM, extract the downloaded file and place fsum.exe in any directory included in execution path on your hard drive and run fsum.exe.

Recommended directory is C:\Windows or C:\WinNT.

To uninstall FSUM, just remove the extracted files from your hard drive.
